Almost all the new bloggers ultimately failed after the first 1-3 months ... only a few can be successful.

How come?

Because they create a blog at random.

So you MUST be able to make the blog content better than other blogs.

That's the key. 

Well, to be able to create great content, then you must choose a topic that you're interested / controlled and considered attractive by many people.

If you choose a topic that you do not understand, as a result:

     -Create content seems so heavy
     -Content that has been made so not qualified
     -You'll quickly get bored 

We just try to use logic. If we are not interested and do not know anything about a topic, what we might be able to teach the subject to others and make them interested?

But there was one legendary myths stating that only blog on particular topics that can generate revenue.

It was a big mistake.

 2. Choose the right platform for your blog

One of the toughest in the process of starting a blog already passed.

Now we get into that much easier.

Technology today is already advanced. By using a blogging platform, you can write in a blog like writing in Microsoft Word. 
These three most popular options:
      -Blogspot - hosted
      -WordPress.com - hosted
      -WordPress.org - self-hosted

There are dozens of other blogging platforms, but I'm not going to complicate your choice by discussing less popular.

Note 2 this term: hosted and self-hosted. 

Hosted mean that your blog 'ride' on their website. So you will not have its own pure website and your blog address like this: myblog.blogspot.com

Self-hosted the opposite. 

You create your own website with a platform called WordPress. The website will 100% be yours, but you have to pay for a domain name and hosting.
if we compare like, such as houses and apartments

Choose a hosted platform (WordPress.com or Blogspot)

     -Absolutely not want to shell out the cost (though not much)
     -limited features
     -display also limited
     -Your website can be removed at any time (if you break the rules)  

f select a self-hosted platform (WordPress.org):

     -Has capital of about USD 300ribu per year (for domain and hosting)
     -Want to have a website that is 100% owned by you
     -Want to change the look freely
     -Want to add whatever features you need 
     -Want to create a blog that looks more credible 

Because it is so flexible, self-hosted WordPress is also often used for function more than just a blog.

For example selling online, business websites, communities, and others.

I personally always recommend that people who are serious blogging for the use of a self-hosted WordPress.org, as it will be better in the long run.

But if your capital is actually 0, no problem.

Although a little more trouble, when your blog is successful you can move from hosted to a self-hosted. Many are doing like this, 
so you can still start hosted.
